FAQs

I currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Paypal, as well as ApplePay and Google Pay.

You can redeem your discount code after you have filled your bag and moved onto checkout. Please note, the value of the discount cannot be refunded or redeemed after an order has been made. If free delivery or any other special offer is offered in exchange for spending a determined amount, the amount has to be met after the discount code has been applied. One discount code can be applied for each order. If an order is returned, the discount code cannot be reused.

Not to worry, drop me an email at hello@peachpuffstudios.com and I'll sort that out for you.

Orders are dispatched every 3-4 days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Yes, you can but only if your order hasn't been packaged yet. Email me at hello@peachpuffstudios.com ASAP!

You can find out more on the delivery page.

Sadly, not at the moment. If there is anywhere, in particular, you'd love Peachpuff Studios to be available, let me know!

Every order is carefully checked and packaged before leaving Peachpuff Studios HQ, but things can sadly still go wrong and get damaged during transit, which I have no control over. If you feel like your product(s) is damaged, please get in contact at hello@peachpuffstudios.com. I will then be able to sort out this problem for you.

I would love to! Contact me with the name of the product and what you want to know.

The tones of colours vary from screen to screen, but they are as exact as they possibly can be. Please allow for a very slight difference in tone or shade.

Yes. Everything is handmade by me, Aycan. I design, cut, sew, and make everything from my home.

To help your cushions last even longer, spot dry only. If you need to iron, use a low heat setting on the reverse.

Many of the items that are sold out will be available once again. Sign up to the Peachy Keen Club newsletter to be the first to know, or you can send me an email to let me know that what you need.

Soon. Very soon.

Not everything is made equal, and some of the products I make have imperfections. As someone who doesn't like to waste, I sell these at a very discounted price. These sales happen a few times a year and those signed up to the Peachy Keen Club newsletter will be the first to access it.

I wish I had an interesting story to share with you, but I don't. Peachpuff is the name of a colour which I had discovered while I was coding. I thought it was quite a fun and light-hearted name so I kept it written down in case I needed it one day.

The Peachy Keen Club is a newsletter with exclusive members only content, flash sales, discounts, and first looks at all the new things, sent straight to your inbox. It's completely free to join!
