  • Can I still purchase from your website?
    • Yes, you can! I'm doing everything I can to keep Peachpuff Studios up and running even though things may take me a little longer. But don't worry, I'll still be selling everything you'll need to help create the beautiful spaces you want, even during the lockdown.

  • Is there a delay with shipping?
    • I have reduced the number of dispatch days to twice a week. There may also be a slight delay as your order moves through the busy postal network. Rest assured, your orders will get to as soon as they can, and it's truly worth the wait!

  • I have a discount code, how do I use it?
    • You can redeem your discount code after you have filled your bag and moved onto checkout. Please note, the value of the discount cannot be refunded or redeemed after an order has been made. If free delivery or any other special offer is offered in exchange for spending a determined amount, the amount has to be met after the discount code has been applied. One discount code can be applied for each order. If an order is returned, the discount code cannot be reused.

  • Where is my order?
    • Orders are dispatched every 3-4 days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to let you know that it's on the way to you. Depending on the delivery option you've selected will determine how long it will take to get to you. Please allow extra time due to the number of deliveries Covid-19 has created for the postal service.

  • Why can't I select standard delivery for my order?
    • A number of items are only available with Signed For Delivery, due to the timeliness, manufacturing, and how difficult it would be to replace the item if it sadly got lost. This just adds an extra bit of insurance that it will arrive safely to you.

  • My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?
    • Every order is carefully checked and packaged before leaving Peachpuff Studios HQ, but things can sadly still go wrong and get damaged during transit, which I have no control over. If you feel like your product(s) is damaged, please get in contact at hello@peachpuffstudios.com. I will then be able to sort out this problem for you.

  • What is a seconds sale?
    • Not everything is made equal, and some of the products I make have imperfections. As someone who doesn't like to waste, I sell these at a very discounted price. These sales happen a few times a year and those signed up to the Peachy Keen Club newsletter will be the first to access it.

  • Where did you get the name Peachpuff Studios from?
    • I wish I had an interesting story to share with you, but I don't. Peachpuff is the name of a colour which I had discovered while I was coding. I thought it was quite a fun and light-hearted name so I kept it written down in case I needed it one day.
